Light fixture fell due to water in ceiling

This water damage in Bakersfield, CA was the result of a pinhole leak on the hot water line (copper) above the office ceiling adjacent to laundry room. After our (IICRC) certified technician completed our inspection, we took on the job to repair the water damage that was right above the ceiling light fixture. Technicians assessed damages and approximately 6 square feet of ceiling drywall was affected and removed. After removal of affected drywall the ceiling void was covered and equipment was set up. Once our restoration services were completed we then moved on to the repair work. Our customer was gratified with the work.
