Our technicians performed a moisture inspection on affected areas and adjacent rooms. Walls and flooring in laundry area showed high levels of moisture. Also baseboards and toekicks on cabinets showed high levels of moisture such as the kitchen sub flooring, therefore equipment was set up to speed up drying process.
