Water damage to a commercial clinic
SERVPRO Of NW Bakersfield was called to go out to assist with emergency services. This was a water damage that we took care of for a health clinic out of town. This job turned into a mold job; once our technicians started cutting the affected material and drywall, this is when they came across mold that was inside the walls and baseboards that was not known about. Technicians removed all mold, set up a containment, and after mold was removed, we contacted an environmental company to go out and test for mold spores and make sure it passed and it was cleared for no mold. Finally, it was ready for repairs. We did not do the repairs for this customer; however we are a one stop shop that can do the repairs for you as well. We are licensed contractors.
