Fire damage in town due to an infrared sauna

This was residential fire damage in town that was caused by an Infrared Sauna that was left on. SERVPRO Of NW Bakersfield took care of our customer from the beginning to the end. We will contact your insurance company and get any approvals before we proceed with any emergency services that need to be performed. We will also take inventory/list of all damaged items so that your insurance company can pay you for those damaged items. Then we go through every single item from the smallest item to the biggest item to make sure we either don't miss any damaged items and save the ones that can be saved, finally set them to the side to get them properly cleaned and put them into a containment, last get them ozone to take the smell away.
