Bio-hazard/Mold

This bio-hazard job was due to a dead body found 6 days later in the bathroom tub. The hot water was running all 6 days.  Walls needed to be removed due to bacteria and mold growth. Also needed to remove bathroom ceiling and insulation along with full height cabinet in the hallway and wall behind it due to mold, high condensation and humidity levels. Air scrubber was left on site. Hepa vacuumed all rooms and sprayed antimicrobial spray. Did a final clean up of all affected rooms. All the affected flooring was disposed.  The property owner was pleased with the work performed and has been a repeat customer.
