Roof Inspection

This was a roof inspection due to a storm we had in town. As per our roof inspector there is no visible wind nor storm related damages to the North Elevation, or to the S. Elevation either. There is one broken tile on the S. Elevation however, the water is not seeping into the
home on the S. Elevation. It appears that someone walked on the roof and broke the tile. Inspector also inspected the attic and found no
visible signs of water intrusion. Call SERVPRO Of NW Bakersfield to perform a roof inspection for you, or if it is needed to set up a temp roof tarp either to prevent further damages to the roof, buy you time until you get it fixed, or prevent water seepage into the home when it rains again.
