SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield was called out to this job which was originally a board up due to a fire loss. The insured was so happy with our technicians and the fact that they went late at night to board it up. Also made her feel like the house was secure so people won't be able to break in so easily since there was a lot of valuables in the home that she hadn't have access to yet. She told her insurance company she would be using us for the fire damage emergency services and repairs because she was so impressed with our work and the fact that we were there for her before her insurance company contacted her or went out to look at the damages the fire had caused.  We understand the stress, and agony it can cause to lose the most  valuable items even the ones that can't ever be replaced.
