Water damage/ Apartments in Bakersfield, CA

SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield was called out for a water damage. Our technicians met with the owner of the apartments and he stated he had a toilet overflow. The water migrated throughout the apartment affecting two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and hallway. There was no standing water upon arrival. The owner stated he began mopping up the water and stated the water was clean. Performed a moisture inspection in all possible areas that could have been affected by the loss. The rooms  affected have minimum water damage. Technician began taking pictures and marking off areas that are affected. Techs also identified each room with tape and began setting up equipment to start drying process. The owner was happy with the work our technicians performed.
