SERVPRO Of NW Bakersfield was called out for a fire caused by a Molotov cocktail bomb that was thrown through the window of an office where the fire started in, this caused fire and soot damage to some offices.Technicians detected high levels of moisture on the wall and carpet, therefore proper equipment was set up. Then they laid down red rosin paper in order to minimize the soot being tracked throughout the office. After, technicians set up equipment to start the cleaning process along with an air scrubber that was set up to eliminate the smoke odor. The cleaning crew cleaned all the light fixtures and all contents. They were all wiped down and the bulbs as well after they were taken off. Technicians removed all the charred materials, ceiling tile and insulation, along with all affected materials. A containment was set up to minimize the amount of dust in the room during demolition.
