Water damage after.

This was a water loss that SERVPRO Of NW Bakersfield was called out on. Technicians met up with insured to find out the damages and what might have caused it. Cause of loss: was a pipe underneath the sink area which was leaking slowly. Our technicians performed a moisture inspection and detected elevated moisture levels in the kitchen wood cabinets, wood toe kicks, walls, and wood flooring. There was visible microbial growth found behind the wood cabinets, drywall and along with wood toe-kick's. All affected materials were removed due to mold. Finally, our technicians set up proper equipment and containment as well. Equipment set up, one conventional dehumidifier and no air movers due to mold. End results, our customer was happy and satisfied with our services.
