When you decide to move and sell your home you need to know what a buyer wants. First off, ask yourself what you would want when you go to buy? Keep that in mind. Try to fix and minimize any wear that is clearly visible. This will make the buyer feel as if they are buying something "new." Be sure to keep your home maintained and cared for. No one wants to buy a home that the previous owners didn't take care of. One of the most difficult things we all have to take care of is making sure the house is presentable and doesn't appear to be cluttered. Of course, keep the home clean, smelling fresh and most importantly present it as a place that potential buyers would be proud to call home.
