Water damage cleanup.

This was a water damage clean up that resulted in being a Class: 2 and Category: 1. 

The Cause of Loss: Master bath commode water supply line in the wall cavity.

Emergency Recap: Techs began to moisture map the affected areas and setup equipment.  Technicians checked for Preexisting unrelated damages: None noticed.

Our findings of the affected rooms were the Master commode: Elevated moisture on the wall up to 5 feet high, the door trim also has elevated moisture. Master bath wall and baseboards. Master bedroom wall up to 5 feet high, baseboards, carpet and pad. The Master closet wall, baseboards, carpet and pad. Finally, checked if there was any Environmental issues which there was none and is great news to move forward with any emergency services that might be needed. We will contact the adjuster to update and ask for any approvals needed before we proceed and make sure it's a covered claim. Call the experts at SERVPRO.
