Mold Remediation in Bakersfield, CA
12/18/2024 (Permalink)
This was first a water damage job that turned quickly into mold remediation. It was considered CAT: 1 CLASS: 4
Insured stated that her contractor attempted to locate the leak and cut drywall in different parts of her kitchen, dining room, pantry and even inside of her kitchen cabinets. The contractor told her that none of her appliances were leaking and after all the cutting he located what he believes is the leak. In the kitchen sink there was no silicone where the sink meets the granite and that is where the contractor said he noticed water dripping. Mold was also discovered and notified the insurance adjuster.
Wood floors will also need to be removed in the kitchen. As soon as we received necessary approvals from the insurance adjuster to go ahead to proceed and start Mold Abatement our technicians set up containment in the Kitchen and started Mold Remediation. Call the experts in green at SERVPRO.
