Mold removal.

This was a water damage in town. The insured did not know where the leak was coming from. It turned out to be a broken pipe inside the wall in the Kitchen. Mold was found behind the kitchen backsplash once it was removed. 

Our technician’s moisture mapped the affected areas and found high levels of moisture. They set up a dehumidifier. No air movers were set up due to visible microbial growth.

Kitchen cabinets need to be packed out in order to remove the affected kitchen cabinets due to microbial growth being found behind the cabinets as well. Wood floors will also need to be removed in the kitchen. The wood floor is open and continuous into the kitchen, pantry & dining room. Pantry also needs to be packed out in order to cut the drywall in there. Once we receive approvals from the insurance adjuster to go ahead and start Mold Abatement along with pack out our technicians will set up containment in the Kitchen and continue with emergency services.
