Homeowner stated they noticed water on the floor, didn't think much of it thinking maybe the kids spilled something. Then they noticed water again, but this time it was coming from dishwasher water supply line affecting kitchen cabinets, linoleum floor, guest bedroom walls, carpet, baseboard and also entry way wall and baseboard, and linoleum floor technician removed 1 lf of baseboard in kitchen, and 2.9 lf of baseboard in entry way. Set up equipment in affected areas to speed up drying process. Also mold was discovered, therefore mold remediation was performed. This photo was an after photo when the mold was removed and professionally cleaned. Homeowner was happy with our emergency service performance and now wants us to do the repairs for them.
